meet JACKY
HI, I’M JACQUELINE
A super fit woman who’s also overweight. And really happy with herself.
But it wasn’t always that way. Let me take you back to a moment a few years ago.
I’m standing in the fitting room of my favorite store. Harsh, way-too-bright lighting that shows every line, every dimple, every bump. The naked truth. The pants I’m trying on won’t even make it past my knees. I look in the mirror, tears in my eyes: how on earth did I let it get this far?!
Defeated, I slump onto the tiny little bench that my curvy behind barely fits on. This is the last store where I can still find cute clothes. My last “regular” stop, where I still just squeeze into the largest size they carry. All the other fun, trendy clothing stores stopped being an option a long time ago.

THE REALITY
At my heaviest, I weighed nearly 265 pounds (BMI 40.6). Climbing stairs left me out of breath. Tying my shoes was a challenge. Everyday things felt incredibly heavy: walking, gardening, even just cleaning. I didn’t really feel like doing anything. Inside, everything had gone quiet. Flatline. Even if nobody saw it: I was the positive, hardworking one, the one who loved life and carelessly enjoyed eating (and overeating). And didn’t I still have “such a pretty face”?
That day in that fitting room, I realized: this is my rock bottom. Not just in terms of weight, but also my self-confidence, my self-image, my self-love. That day, I deliberately took a picture of myself. As proof. As a line in the sand.
ENOUGH! It stops HERE! I am NEVER coming back to this place!
the search
I finally found the courage to ask for help, and I was determined.
What followed was anything but a straight line. A dietitian who didn’t really understand me, but who did introduce me to the term emotional eating. A gastric balloon, because gastric bypass felt too extreme to me. After all, I “only” had about 90 extra pounds to lose. Then training in that hospital’s obesity program, because a regular gym felt way too intimidating.
Once I graduated from there: personal trainers who only wanted to sell me shakes and diet plans, when what I really needed was something else. Learning how to train, learning to listen to my body, and daring to set a goal that went beyond a number on the scale.
TAKING CHARGE
ONE THING WAS CLEAR: I WANTED TO TAKE MY LIFE BACK INTO MY OWN HANDS.
Professional help could point me in the right direction, but the choices, the feeling, the follow-through, that all had to come from me. I learned that nobody else can flip that switch for you. It’s your own responsibility.
You’re the only one who can say “enough” and actually do something about it. But sometimes, when you’re in that deep, it helps to have someone who understands you, who’s been there, and who takes your hand and walks beside you.
FIT BEYOND THE SCALE
WHERE I AM NOW
Since that day, I’ve never gone back above 265 pounds. That doesn’t mean it was easy from there. I made mistakes, took steps backward, and had to choose all over again, time after time. Today, I still fall into the category of “class 1 obesity,” and yet I feel fitter, more flexible, and more energetic than ever.
Fitness isn’t a number on a scale or a label from a BMI chart. It’s how you feel in your body, how much energy you have, how you talk to yourself, and how you treat yourself. It’s about having a body that works with you instead of against you.

I KNOW THE WAY
DETOURS AND ALL
I know what it feels like to be stuck: in your body, in patterns and coping mechanisms, in your emotions, in a mind that works against you more than for you. And I also know what it feels like to take back control, step by step. Not through quick fixes or strict diets (and believe me, I’ve literally tried dozens), but in a LASTING way, through a process of falling, getting back up, feeling, and choosing.
Above all, I wanted to be able to do it myself, so I spent years educating myself extensively. In nutrition and fitness. As a mindset coach and in energy work. Throughout my journey, I’ve worked with several coaches and mentors who have carried me through my hardest moments, right up to today.
And this is where the real value lies for you!
I’m not someone sitting across the table from you who’s always had it easy.
I know the way, detours and all. Getting fit and staying fit is a lifelong process… But it starts NOW, if you want it to. And if you’re ready to take your body, your mindset, and your energy back into your own hands, you don’t have to do it alone. I’d love to help you along the way.
Tailored to you.
